Training
at Advanced Control Systems
- In-depth, hands-on training on your PRISM system
- Custom training plans and coordinated scheduling
- On-site training
- "Refresher course" program
To get the most out of your Advanced
Control Systems hardware and software, you need to understand its extensive
capabilities, day–to–day operations and maintenance requirements. In short,
you need training.
Our extensive curriculum will help you learn what you need to know. We emphasize
practical, intensive, information–packed classes, supplemented by hands–on
experience. This approach brings you up to speed in the shortest time possible.
We teach the essential functions you need to learn to do your job effectively,
along with valuable tips and advanced techniques. Small class sizes ensure
maximum instructor–student exchange, and lectures are interspersed with
hands–on exercises and plenty of time for questions. Our instructors are
experienced Advanced Control Systems professionals and Customer Support
Engineers with extensive on–site and HelpDesk experience.
Perhaps the best thing about training at Advanced Control Systems is that
you can design (or we can help you design) a program that exactly matches
your needs. Our comprehensive schedule means you can coordinate classes
with the delivery and/or installation of your system. And we’ve sequenced
certain classes so that you can minimize travel time by taking related courses
during a single visit.
Regularly scheduled classes take place at our Customer Education facility
in Norcross, Georgia. We also offer on–site training—we will come to your
facility to train your personnel; and we can customize courses especially
for your utility, to be held at your place or ours.
If you have any questions on the courses, schedules, customized training
or prerequisites, call the HelpDesk at 800–241–7317, or e–mail us at helpdesk@acsatlanta.com.
